Roger’s biggest error was to volunteer his testimony, he never was subpoenaed. I read someone told him he didn’t have to testify, but if he did, don’t lie.
I agree with you about the jail time VEe. Convicting the big fish is the goal. A retired family man is no threat to the community and they wont push for a stiff sentence.
