Larry, God bless Frank McCourt. I met him at a reading after the publication of Angela’s Ashes at Rutgers. He was a gracious, cordial, and genuine man. His writing moved me always. This is a moving portrait of him. Thanks, Pat

Oh, I knew you’d do his portrait today. I was so saddened to hear this news today. I knew he was sick and in hospice, but I loved him…nice portrait of him, Larry!
