She was an amazing woman. I always marveled at her courage and strength. How sad. I am on the road and didn’t even know she died, so thanks, Larry. What an admirable human being: she was all we should be.

Hi Larry, I learned about how Miep Gies returned Anne’s diaries to her father just recently after reading about it as part of a lesson at school. I hadn’t realized she was still alive at the time. Some people are just good. Have a good day, Pat
