Thanks for your thoughtful post Vee, I agree. I think that Time was trying to provoke debate rather than answer questions. No debate that nation building is mission creep and a slippery slope that once undertaken makes it difficult to draw a line over which our military shouldn't cross. ...And you're right Vee, here are just a few examples of abuses we are willing to overlook. Good morning.
While the story and image is very jarring, it is not the reason why the U.S. should stay in Afghanistan. There are women that need to be saved throughout Eastern Europe, Eastern Africa and a number of regions through out the world. Last time I checked Team America: World Police is just a silly but funny film.

This statement rings true.
