Some have speculated that Cain got into the race to help sales of his book without bothering to learn the names of other counties, their leaders or if China has nuclear weapons. You know, get in and out like Trump and up his Q rating. He probably never thought he would be leading in the polls and come under such scrutiny. I almost feel sorry for the guy, he's in over his head.
