<p>Did Picasso, who saved every scribble he ever made, really give away 271 works to an electrician who installed burglar alarms in his homes? That's what Pierre La Guennec would like you to believe. The retired electrician has a trunk full of undocumented Picasso's worth over $80 million that he claims were a gift by the artist and have been sitting in his garage for decades. Picasso's heirs however are claiming theft and authorities have seized the art.</p>
