Ball point pen on the morning newsprint

As a New Jersey Giants fan, I had reason to believe they could repeat as champions this year. They were 11-1 and were looking like the best team in football. Then Plaxico Burress shot himself in the leg, they lost the last four out of five games and the Philadelphia Eagles ended their post season. Okay, season over, pitchers and catchers report to spring training in two weeks, move on.... But I will be watching the Super Bowl to see New Jersey's own Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band perform at half time.
