This sounds more like the slow erosion of the U.S. dollar. Ok, I&#039;m not a financial expert but I understand that they&#039;re hoping this will spur the economy. How fast will the $600 billion trickle down to consumers when economic recovery has been reportedly  disappointingly slow? I don&#039;t know, but I&#039;m not highly optimistic.]]></description>
