After leaving his Chief of Staff job in the Obama administration to run for mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel is pulled from the ballot for not meeting the residency requirement. Well, when the president asks you to move to DC to serve as his Chief of Staff, you go.

Quite a setback for him--I wonder what will come of it all. They are supposedly printing ballots today, without his name on them.
